Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused
Be in its original condition
Be returned in its original packaging
Custom & Personalized Items
Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, these items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
